Renaming your account
The name of your account will be seen in several places: when new users receive their invitation join, email notifications, account Launchpad, data exports, and invoices.
To rename your Basecamp account, click "Adminland" on the left side of the Home screen:
Scroll down until you see the "Rename this account" option under the "Account Owners" section:
Click the "Rename this account" button and then enter your new account name.
🗒️NOTE: Updating your account name will not change your account's primary company — the company that all Employees, Admins, and Owners belong to. You'll edit that from the Manage companies page.
