Renaming your account
The name of your account will be seen in several places: when new users receive their invitation to join your account, email notifications, account Launchpad, data exports, and invoices.
To rename your Basecamp account, click "Adminland" on the left side of the Home screen:
Scroll down until you see the "Rename this account" option under the "Account Owners" section:
Click the "Rename this account" button and then enter your new account name.
🗒️NOTE: Updating your account name will not change your account's primary company — the company that owners, admins, and internal team belong to. You'll edit that from the Manage companies page.
