See Everything in your Projects
The Everything page brings together content from all your projects in one place. Browse messages, documents, files, comments, tasks, and more without opening individual projects.
Open Everything from the Basecamp menu or press 4 from anywhere in Basecamp.

Browsing content
Content is organized by type across all your projects. Open any section to browse that type of content from every project you have access to.
Items appear in reverse chronological order, with the most recent activity shown first.
What appears here depends on the tools available in your projects. Tools that aren't being used - or that you don't have access to - won't appear.
In All tasks, parent tasks include a subtask count, and you can choose whether to show individual subtasks.

Available sections
Browse content across your projects by type:
- All messages - See messages from every project in one place.
- All docs & files - View documents and files shared across projects, including images, PDFs, and uploads. Linked files will not populate here.
- All tasks - View every to-do and card across your projects. Subtasks appear with their parent task, and you can choose to show or hide them using the Show subtasks toggle.
- All comments - See comments from conversations and items across projects.
- All check-ins - Review check-in questions and responses across projects.
- All forwarded emails - See emails that have been forwarded into Basecamp.
Filtering content
Once you open a section, you can use filters to narrow down what you see.
Available filters vary by section. For example, All tasks lets you filter by task type, assignee, due date, and whether to include subtasks, while All docs & files includes filters for file type and person.
