See Everything in your Projects

The Everything page brings together content from all your projects in one place. Browse messages, documents, files, and more without opening individual projects.

Open Everything from the Basecamp menu, your Home screen, or press 4 from anywhere in Basecamp.

Browsing content

Content is grouped by type across your projects.

Items appear in reverse chronological order, with the most recent activity shown first.

Open any section to see that type of content across every project you have access to.

What appears here depends on the tools available in your projects. Tools that aren’t being used - or that you don’t have access to - won’t appear.

  • All documents - Browse documents across your projects
  • All files - View files shared across projects, including images, PDFs, and uploads

Filtering content

Once you open a section, you can use filters to narrow down what you see.

Most sections include a filter field for finding specific items. The All files section also includes additional filters for file type and person.
