Account Activity

The Activity page shows what’s happening across your projects in one place. Catch up on recent work, see updates from your team, and follow progress over time.

Open Activity from the Basecamp menu, the Home screen, or press 1 from anywhere in Basecamp.

Jump to:

• Viewing recent activity
• Filtering activity
• Starred projects and everything else
• Daily summary emails

Viewing recent activity

The Activity page shows updates across your projects in one place - including messages, comments, completed to-dos, scheduled events, and other project activity.

Activity loads continuously as you scroll so you can browse back through previous updates over time. Click any item to jump back to the original context.

Filtering activity

Use the controls at the top of the page to narrow down what you see by project, person, or keyword.

The Activity feed updates automatically as you change filters, and continues loading older activity as you scroll.

Starred projects and everything else

Activity from starred projects appears in its own section so important work is easier to follow.

All other project activity appears in the main feed above it.

Daily summary emails

Turn on daily summary emails using the toggle in the top right corner of the page.

When enabled, Basecamp sends a daily activity summary each morning summarizing activity across your projects since the previous day.

Activity from starred projects appears first in the summary.
