Adding People to a Project
Add users to any project they need access to. People can only see the projects they've been explicitly added to. Only someone who works at the main company on the account can add users.

Adding teammates and outsiders to a project
From any project, click the People icon at the top left of the project. This opens the "Who can see this project" page, showing everyone currently on the project or just following.
On the right side of the page, type a person's email address or name to add them. You can also type a Group name to add everyone in that group at once, or click "pick people from a company" to browse by organization. Add as many people as you need, and include an optional note with the invite if you'd like.

Click "Send invites" when you're done. They're added to the project immediately.
Adding clients to a project
NOTE: Clients must be invited to the account first before you can add them to a project.
Clients have their own tab on the "Who can see this project" page. Click the Clients tab and turn on the client feature. Then, type a client's name on the right side of the page, or click "pick people from a company" to browse by organization. You can add a company name and an optional note with the invite.

Click "Send invites" when you're done.
One important difference from teammates: all content in a project is private to your team by default. Clients won't see anything until you explicitly make items visible to them. See What clients can see and do for the full picture.
Adding people to archived projects
Account owners and admins can grant someone access to archived projects in bulk. Go to Adminland > Manage people, click the ••• menu next to a person's name, and select "Change access."

At the bottom of the next screen, you'll see the option to give them access to all archived projects. Click "See all archived projects" first to preview which projects they'll be added to before confirming.
