Logging In and Out

Log in at basecamp.com by clicking Sign in and entering your email address and password.

To log out, go to your profile picture and click Log out — this logs you out of all Basecamp accounts on that device.

Signing in with Google

Sign in with your Google account instead of a password by clicking Sign in with Google on the login page. To set this up, go the Launchpad login options and click Switch to Google.

To stop using Google to log in, return to the same page and select Switch to email.

Trouble logging in

"We couldn't find that one" — The email address you entered isn't linked to a Basecamp account. Check for typos, or try another email address if you use more than one. If you haven't accepted your invitation to the account yet, ask someone on the account to resend it.

"We didn't recognize that password" — Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to send yourself a reset email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If the new password works in a different browser but not your usual one, clear your cache and cookies.
