Moving project tools
Move tools to another project to reorganize how work is structured.
Only admins, owners, and the project creator can move a tool to a different project.
Open the tool you want to move, click the ••• menu, select Move, then choose the project where it should go.

💡TIP: If you removed the last tool of its kind in a project, that tool is now Off. You can turn that tool on again from "Set Up Tools" in the ••• menu at the top right of the project.
Moving items
Move items within a project or to another project to keep work organized.
Open the ••• menu on an item and choose Move, then select where it should go.

You can move items like messages, to-do lists, cards, documents, and files.
To move an item within the same project, the project needs another tool of the same type. Otherwise, you can only move it to a different project.
Moved items keep their comments, attachments, and history.
Copying items
Copy items to reuse work in the same project or another project.
Open the ••• menu on an item, select Copy, then choose where the copy should be created.

You can copy items like messages, to-do lists, cards, documents, and files. Copies are independent from the original, so changes won’t affect the original.
Individual cards can be copied, but columns cannot.
